Like any service organization, our product is ultimately only as good as our people. Our estimating and project management teams include RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designers) who are trained and certified by the various manufacturers we represent. These product lines include manufacturers such as Systimax, Siemens, Ortronics, Panuit, AMP, Krone, Corning and Nordx.

Our dedication to training is just the beginning. Our staff of seasoned professionals pays close attention to building quality. We recognize the importance of cooperation with others. Whether it is with other construction trades or technology system providers such as telephone or network integrators, Mehl works in the most cooperative manner possible to ensure seamless facilitation and project success for our end user clients.

Mehl technicians are all currently in, or have completed, a 5-year apprenticeship training program for voice and data Structured Cabling. We have further supplemented this education with manufacturer certifications and BICSI technician certifications. All work is labeled, documented and tested. After an installation is performed to all of the latest standards and practices, including those of BICSI, EIA-TIA and ISO, test results and “As-Built” documents are prepared and presented to the end user. Proper documentation is among the most important elements of a good Structured Cabling System. We accomplish this with our multiple Auto-Cad stations and engineers. Additionally, we may maintain this documentation for an end user as changes are made over the years. Test results for both copper and optical fiber cabling may be provided in both hard copy and electronic format.
