Mehl Communications project management software Primavera allows for detailed tracking of schedules and project completion landmarks on a daily basis through a daily completion report. With this report we are able to compare calculated installation time with actual installation time for each activity. We can therefore, respond very quickly to the need to add or move manpower to a particular installation activity to meet critical completion deadlines and maintain the scheduled target dates.
